By downloading, installing, or using the Budgsy mobile application ("App") or visiting budgsy.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Budgsy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INNCODEV PVT. LTD. ("Budgsy", "we", "us", "our").
Budgsy is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to:
Budgsy is a manual tracking tool. It does not connect to banks, financial institutions, or payment processors. All data is stored locally on your device.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Budgsy. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
Budgsy offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by their respective terms. We do not directly handle payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
You agree to use Budgsy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
The Budgsy name, logo, App design, and all related content are the intellectual property of INNCODEV PVT. LTD. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Budgsy.
Budgsy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Budgsy is a tracking and reminder tool — it is not financial advice. Any financial decisions you make based on information tracked in the App are solely your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNCODEV PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Budgsy shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of Budgsy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Budgsy, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of Budgsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
